Here is our next Powell Lacrosse handle review, it is for the Bloodline handle. This handle is made from a scandium and titanium blend. The Bloodline is both light and strong, giving you the best of both the scandium and titanium. The Bloodline also features a “traditional” octagon shape, which is great and never goes out of style. Like its little brother the Flight 22; it feels great in your hands when shooting and cradling. It features an ultra lightweight design according to Powell Lacrosse, which is evident when using the Bloodline. It also has a fine grit finish which gives the Bloodline grip in all conditions. Playing lacrosse here in New England, a handle with a good grip is a must have.
The colorway we reviewed was the black/grey Bloodline. It features tilt graphics, in both black and grey. The Bloodline features the Powell Lacrosse logo at the top of the handle. As well as their motto “It’s In The Blood” on the back of the handle at the top. Like the Flight 22, the Bloodline has Powell written in white on either side of the handle. As we mentioned before the butt end is a lot larger than most butt ends on the market. We like the Powell Lacrosse over sized butt ends. It gives you a good size numb to hold on to, or a good spot to choke up on the handle. This is another solid handle from Powell Lacrosse. Overall we are very impressed with the Bloodline and Flight 22 handles from Powell Lacrosse. We highly recommend the Bloodline handle if you are looking for a strong but light handle.
