Team goals heading into 2015 season?

The Nor’easters are looking to get back to their winning ways, and reach the Commonwealth Coast Conference playoffs in 2015.

Who are you expecting big things out of in 2015?

The UNE Nor’easters are expecting big things out of Dan Auger, a sophomore attackman; Andy Curro, a sophomore midfielder; Andrew Kelly, a senior defenseman; and Steve Hughes, a senior defenseman. Auger as a freshman scored 27 goals and had 13 assists, while Curro contributed 8 goals and 8 assists during his freshman campaign. While on the defensive side Kelly started 15 games and had 29 groundballs and 19 caused turnovers while Hughes started 15 games as well and had 44 groundballs and 24 caused turnovers in 2014.

Game on the schedule that your team is looking forward to the most?

The April 11th conference matchup vs Salve Regina. The Nor’easter’s are sponsoring a “Wounded Warrior Project” game that day against Salve Regina.

Favorite to win the Commonwealth Coast Conference this spring?

The Endicott Gulls are the favorite due to them returning the bulk of their team.

Players to watch in the Commonwealth Coast Conference this spring?

Harrison Cotter, senior midfielder for Endicott. Cotter was 3rd team All-American, NEILA First Team selection, and All-CCC First team selection in 2014.
